Balanced Weyard Year 2001: The Mercury Adept Alex converges at Mt. Aleph. The actions of Felix and Isaac's parties have restored Alchemy to Weyard once again. The four lighthouses now lit by the Elemental stars will resonate and fire off their light in which four beams of Alchemy energy will converge on Mt. Aleph. This was Alex's plan from the start, to absorb that Great Power. It goes off without a hitch as Alex absorbs the golden energy and gloats thinking he is all powerful. He is stopped by Vale's Guardian The Wise One and chastises Alex saying he is not all powerful. Confident, Alex plans to make The Wise One's powers his own. The ancient protector fights back knocking Alex to the ground moments before the whole mountain begins to crumble away sending Alex with it. Alex has one last trick up his sleeve as he uses a strange gem which hampers The Wise One's powers and is overtaken by Alex. The mountain crumbles as the two continue to fight, but the area is engulfed in dust as no signs of the two have been discovered.

TWO YEARS LATER

Balanced Weyard Year 2003: Two years pass as the Heroes of Weyard have gone their separate ways. An expedition group digging though the remains of Mt. Aleph uncover a mysterious statue with a large crystal gem bound between its hands. The four men investigate the statue, but little do they know that behind them, four mysterious cloaked figures emerge and ambush the men. Channeling the powers of the crystal, the men's souls are absorbed into the gem. The four cloaked figures then scatter into various parts of Weyard.

-

These cloaked figure each target the eight Adepts and fight them separately. The figures overtake them and steal the Adepts Elemental Djinn partners as well as commandeer the Elemental Stars atop the four lighthouses. Felix, who has left on a trip to be alone from his friends faces off against one of the figures atop Mercury Lighthouse. Felix is in hiding after still feeling guilty for giving Jenna such emotional pain and not being there when she needed consoling and her brother. Felix who was with Mia asks to get everyone together. The two continue to fight as the figure reveals himself to be Saturos, an old enemy that Felix and his friends have slain before, but is mysteriously brought back to life. Felix is overpowered as Saturos takes the Mercury Star with him as he and his other men who were Agatio, Karst and Menardi revived, settle to the Anemos Sanctum for a special ceremony. They vanish as Felix is rescued by the other seven adepts now brought back together.

-

Felix, Isaac, Garet, Mia, Sheba, Jenna, Piers, and Ivan are all reunited again as they head for the Anemos Temple in Contigo. Joining them was also Kraden and Ivan's sister Hamma. Their reunion is short-lived as Alchemy is thrown off balanced thanks to the Lighthouses being tampered again. The skies erupt with dangerous windstorms, forests catch on fire, the waves and oceans become rapid and dangerous, and the heroes own Djinn partners work against them as the Summoned beasts that the Adepts call on start devastating the land. The team is primed to recover the Stars, their Djinn, and restore Alchemy again.

-

The group try to enter the Anemos Sanctum, but soon learn that their Alchemy powers are waning from the loss of alchemy. Eventually, they break through the dungeon and meet the cloaked figures who reveal themselves as the fallen Adepts from Prox. They overpower the eight Adepts as they reveal the stone statue again and transport the powers of the djinni and Elemental Stars. An explosion ensues as a man emerges from the stone statue remains. Felix and the others have failed in stopping Alex's revival.

-

They arrive too late as Alex is resurrected and begins to cause widespread destruction across the world, as he dries the oceans, rises underwater stone spikes and erupts the volcanoes all across the land. The party gets outmatched as they learn Alex has assimilated and merged with The Wise One, becoming no different than a God. In his twisted rage, Alex plays with Mia's emotions, kills off his four cloaked assistants and mentioning that they weren't their former selves but led to believe they were. Felix orders most of the party to flee as he, Isaac, and Piers stay behind to fight off Alex. Garet was attacked and frozen in pure crystal unable to help the three men. Jenna urges her brother to let her stay, but Felix lets his sister know that he doesn't want her to be hurt by Alex. Jenna realizes Felix's ambitions of protecting his sister and runs off with Ivan, Sheba and a shaken Mia.

-

The three men fight off against Alex in a huge battle, but Alex holds his own. During the fight, Alex starts losing control of his Godlike powers. Absorbing all that power has made him unstable, but he resumes his form. Piers makes notice of this and traces his power to the blue gem he was holding. Alex explains to the men, that he discovered this crystal during his travels and that it has the ability to suppress an Adept's Alchemy powers. The gem was not a creation of alchemy but it's own element. Isaac and Piers continue to fight off Alex, as Felix sneaks away to the top of a stone staircase where Alex had this Magic-crystal. Alex gets the better of Piers and encases him in crystal just like Garet.

-

Felix stands atop the staircase to destroy Alex's source of power. After several attempts Felix damages it, but Alex remains unharmed and reveals it to be a trap! Felix becomes engulfed in an electrifying light as he starts fading away into nothing. Alex reveals it as a trap and saying that his source of power is with him and that the crystal is a diversion and to put Felix away so he cannot interfere with Alex's ultimate plan of being immortal. The whole dungeon becomes more unstable as portions of the ceiling crumble to the ground. Jenna returns and sees the last portions of her brother Felix fading away into nothing. Jenna tears up but Isaac consoles her as she clutches Felix's Terra Brand sword to heart. It's there that Jenna reveals her feelings of love to Isaac and wanting to be a family with her brother. A villager emerges in the collapsing dungeon and gets Isaac and Jenna out of there much to Jenna's protests. The two adepts flee in an underground tunnel leaving behind Alex's madness as he forever causes a scar on Alchemy and Weyard that will never be fixed again.

Twenty Years Later

Destroyed Weyard Year 2023: Time passes as Weyard the planet has eroded and deteriorated throughout the years. Most oceans have evaporated, forests are nonexistent, as humans have migrated together underground because the world above has become unlivable. Felix emerges into this barren world having teleported thanks to Alex's trap. He doesn't recognize his surroundings and becomes lost also finding it hard to breathe in this humid world. Felix passes out on the ground after finding some ruined buildings which appear to be the remains of a town in Weyard that he easily recognized.

-

He is rudely awakened by an armorclad young woman who reveals herself as Miyuki Terran, daughter of Isaac and Jenna. She also wields Felix's old Terra Brand sword and Jenna's T-Edge Katana. Stunned, Felix learns that he's been sent twenty years into the future! She reveals to him the passage to an underground civilization in which the migrants of Weyard have amassed over the years and created this society called New Vale. Felix also meets Skye Stribog, son of Ivan and Sheba, as he's led to see the 'villages' Leader. The leader turns out to be an aged Mia who is happy to see Felix once again. Along with Mia is a young girl named Toumeya Aquios, a Lemurian person like Piers whose body has been corrupted thanks to being away from her homeland and assumes the appearance of an adult.

-

Older Mia informs Felix of the events that have transpired the last two decades. Alex has fallen and was killed thanks to his own power doing him in. This also causes Weyard to lose the Elemental Stars and The Wise One who were also killed from Alex's thirst for power. With no Elemental Stars, Weyard continues to erode and deteriorate away making it hard for life to go on above ground. But thanks to Mia and the others ambitions, they all banded together to create this New Vale and continue living with Mia as their source of hope. Felix also listens to the horrible fates as Isaac and Jenna were brutally murdered right in front of Miyuki as a monster outbreak occurred in the tunnels of New Vale. Miyuki has been emotionally devastated and scarred from losing her parents. Ivan and Sheba perished when the land they were on crumbled away into the abyss below Weyard. And while escaping from Alex, Kraden and Hamma were killed when one of their own summoned beasts appeared and destroyed the Lemurian ship with the two onboard.

-

Mia introduces Felix to his niece Miyuki and her two friends. Felix learns the harsh pasts each of them had to endure and believe they will eventually die off with the land as it slowly continues to crumble and erode away. Confused, Felix asks how can any of them still be living on without resources specifically water. Mia informs him that the three Future Adepts hunt for monsters above-ground that still materialize and use their meat for food. Strangely, Mia and Toumeya's Mercury powers of water has not waned much through the years as it has kept the majority of the remaining population alive. Skye tells Felix that Mia channels her power to the large crystal in the middle of the village which brings water to everyone, but it comes at a price. The repeated uses of the crystal is cutting Mia's life short.

-

Stunned, Felix wants to naturally undo all this but he appears stuck. alone, Mia tells him of something that has occurred and was unexpected. Various crystals had emerged underground in Weyard through the years that are not powered or created from Alchemy. They contain with them a lot of power and can be used as an alternative power source or amplifier, but are dangerous to Adepts and Alchemy. Also the same type of crystal Alex used to become powerful and to subdue The Wise One. Mia and the others show Felix a quarantine hangar which houses several hundred of the crystals that were discovered. These are stored here but also used to give the people false hope in thinking they can be used to bring more land to Weyard, but that is impossible with what the current condition of the planet is. Alchemy is the only thing that can create new land and it's forever lost. Anything to remove that lingering thought that everyone will eventually perish soon.

-

Miyuki and Mia try to ease Felix and convince him that nothing can be done to undo all this, but Felix won't have it as he tries to figure out a plan to go back and stop Alex. The next few days, New Vale is hit with more and more occurring earthquakes, a dangerous sign that the end is near. Felix finally puts a plan together and borrows an old heirloom of Skye's, the Teleport Gem. Felix wants to return to the past as all he thinks about is failing his sister. Miyuki assists him on his plan ass Toumeya and Skye follow.

-

Felix's plan is to create a large scale Teleport circle and using the stored crystals as a power source, he plans to activate and hope it will be powerful enough to transcend time and space. Felix leads a group blindly to the remains of the Anemos Sanctum which is still around, but on the brink and the end of the world so he must move quickly. Mia and her village people set up a makeshift Teleport Circle to teleport to the Sanctum and set it up. Once there, Felix and the Future Adepts meet someone they didn't expect to see: Alex! Still alive and bound to the sanctum.

-

Alex though doesn't wish to fight and has spent years getting his humanity back and said he was corrupted with power that he lost control of his true motives. His motives of being immortal along with Mia. All of it was also for her. He was bound to this place and used his remaining lifeforce to keep what's left of the planet intact so people can still live. His powers kept him alive all these years but he lost control of them, so using his own Mercury powers, he kept the planet together for this long. Miyuki is enraged and blames Alex for everything of course. Skye and Felix console her as the Teleport Circle nears completion. Afterward, the circle is complete as Felix activates it and begins to make his leap through time. This surge of power causes Alex to lose control of this part of the world as the entire planet begins to stir and earthquakes become stronger in the area. Alex encourages Felix to hurry up and put an end to his madness in the past. Felix complies and leaps into the Teleport circle and into the past. The last few moments as the last remnants of Weyard finally crumble into the abyss below.........

-

Imbalanced Weyard Year 2003: Felix successfully returns to the past to stop Alex once and for all. He prevents Kraden and Hamma from being killed off and directs Ivan, Mia, Sheba, and the other two to hide out. They agree after questioning where Felix came from. Felix faces off against Alex as he teams up with Isaac and his sister who is happy to see her brother again alive. Felix fights off against Alex using a custom made sword made from the same Magi-crystals he borrowed from the future. He gets the upper hand as his sword causes Alex to lose control of his powers more often during the battle.

-

The others regroup with Felix and steadily regain their Djinn back to them and use them to fight off Alex. Alex gets the full impact of their attacks as he goes flying off towards the base of the Jupiter Lighthouse. These strings of attacks cause him to lose power as the party regains control of a few Elemental Stars and djinni. Felix instructs Mia to stay behind to revive Piers and Garet while the others finish Alex off. During the last showdown, Alex fights the group, but begins to sense defeat so as a last ditch effort, he unleashes all of his power upon the group freezing and crystallizing them in the same manner as Piers and Garet.

-

Though his will is strong, Felix fights through the crystallization spell. Alex, defeated begins to stir and notice Felix coming out of it so he goes into hiding at the Jupiter Lighthouse. The strain is too much for Felix as he collapses, but luckily falls into the arms of someone who catches him in time. Back to Alex who starts losing his mind thanks to the influx of powers settles down in a balcony in the Lighthouse. He fully looses control and releases the Wise One from his grasp. Vale's guardian reverts back into his human form as he was once an adept who has taken on the role as Weyard's Earth Guardian and protecting the Elemental Stars. Alex's reign is over as none other than Miyuki herself appears and deals the killing blow to Alex sending him free-falling off the tower. A surprised Felix finds Miyuki walking out of the tower with the last Elemental Star in hand and says to him 'Mission Accomplished.' From behind Felix also steps in Toumeya and Skye who have joined Miyuki in returning to the past.

-

*** Following the aftermath of the battle, Felix learns that the trio jumped in along with him moments before the ruined Weyard collapsed. They had the approval of the older Mia who spent her last moments with the Alex spirit. Miyuki finally meets her two parents face to face although they were still crystallized. Felix orders the trio to hide in the Anemos dungeon as The Wise One returns everyone to normal. Felix and Jenna reunite as Felix promises his sister that he won't run away anymore and he will be her big brother once again. Felix sees off his friends as they sail away to assist the neighboring towns and villages from the damage and destruction left behind in Alex's wake. Piers, Kraden, and Mia stay behind so that Mia can say farewell to Alex. Mia meets Alex's ghost and learns all of Alex's actions were for Mia and that he lost himself in his goal. The same explanation as the Alex ghost. Mia finally lets go of him as Alex's ghost passes onto the other side. ***

-

*** Alone in the Anemos Temple, Felix meets with the future Adepts, Kraden, Piers, and The Wise One and explain their next plan of action. Everyone decided to send the three back to the future as they cannot live in the time that there in now. The future has changed since they prevented Alex's domination, so all three deserve a chance to live out their lives in peace. Their meeting is interrupted as Mia is discovered listening in to them. She becomes involved as well as the group makes a secret pact with each other and to never speak of where Miyuki, Skye, and Toumeya came from ever again. The three Adepts begin to faze out of existence because of their tampering with the past, so The Wise One calls forth his associates, other elemental beings who also reside in Weyard to give part of their power to make the future Adepts whole temporarily. They couldn't help Felix and the others because of them being less powerful than The Wise One and also because they are anchored at their resting places, never to leave for long periods of time. ***

-

*** Days of planning go into sending the three home. A large scale teleport circle is constructed on the remains of Mt. Aleph where the Golden Sun will again converge once the four lighthouses are lit. The beacon of energy will activate the Teleport Circle and send the trio twenty years into the future. Felix's next plan of action is to start monitoring the activities and discoveries of the unknown crystals. There's a good chance that the crystals will exist in Weyard now as they were in the future. Piers instructs Toumeya to return to Lemuria to get her body returned to normal. To give the trio an easier transition into the future, The Wise One casts a banned forced recognition spell on Isaac and Ivan which allows them to know of Miyuki and Skye's existences so they will know that they are their children once they arrive. He also lets everyone know that he will go into hibernation for several years to recharge his power putting Felix in charge of things on Weyard. Felix and the others say their goodbyes as Felix takes off to the final Lighthouse to light it. ***

-

*** Felix throws in the final Star into the Venus Lighthouse causing the Venus Alchemy power to shine bright. All four lighthouses fire off a beam of energy that converge on Mt. Aleph. This activates the Teleport circle with Miyuki, Skye, and Toumeya inside and sends them on their way to the future. The other adepts watch as the night sky is littered with light. Isaac and Jenna and Sheba and Ivan look on together as they see their future generations ready to begin their new lives together into the unknown future. ***

-

Balanced Weyard Year 2016: *** Years pass as a long geologist mines out a cavern underground. Little does he know that what he soon discovers will quickly change the dynamic of Weyard forever! ***
